(1)35Cr18Mn12Si2N suitable for 950 ℃ below;

(2) 3 Cr24Ni7SiNRe... suitable for 950 ℃ ~ 1100 ℃;

(3) 1Cr25Ni20Si2 is suitable for 1050 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃.

So in the daily use process, how should we maintain the furnace floor and prolong the service life?

For normal use, it is necessary to purge the oxide scale under the furnace bottom plate frequently, generally once a month. When purging, the furnace bottom plate will be hoisted, and the oxidized dander in the resistor belt groove will be purged with compressed air to prevent the oxidized pickup from causing short circuit in the furnace wire.

When placing the workpiece, it is best to place it evenly. Do not place the workpiece in the middle of the furnace to prevent the surrounding furnace floor from being heated and deformed. Try not to use over-temperature, otherwise it is easy to cause cracking of the furnace floor.
